Processing of orders

We will try to respond by email within 48 hrs with the actual charge that will be applied to your credit card, based on what is available to ship and the final shipping charges.

You order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Stock status indicated on the site may not reflect the availability of an item.

Some items may be unavailable.

We regret we are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.

We will keep you updated by e-mail as to the status of your order (unless you ask us not to).

Credit cards are debited before items are shipped by The My Store.

Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from example.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of an order for a refund of purchase price. Exchanges will be made within 30 days of an order. Contact us for return authorization and instructions. Refunds or replacement of defective merchandise may be made beyond the 30 days at our discretion. Please contact us with any problems or concerns and we will do our best to resolve them in an expedient manner.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order from, The My Store shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify within 7 days of delivery of the goods.

The My Store does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use the example.com or for any products purchased from the example.com website.
